About CMRS-CEGS
UCLA’s CMRS Center for Early Global Studies supports transdisciplinary research, teaching, and public scholarship on the period from the third to the seventeenth century CE across the globe. Through faculty research, student support, publications, and public programming, the Center fosters new approaches to late antique, medieval, Renaissance, and early modern studies.
