A new funding initiative to support small-scale, collaborative scholarly activities among CMRS-CEGS affiliates at UCLA and regional partner institutions.
The program will provide awards of up to $2,000 to support junior and new faculty (within the first 3 years of appointment) in planning interactive academic programs such as a workshop, masterclass, and teaching visits that foster engagement, encourage networking, and relationship-building across the region. Programs should fall within the Center’s chronological aegis, the third to seventeenth century CE.
